Eve Videos: Ziriert Fight 3.25.2013

Yesterday, After having several attacks by a new visitor to our holy land, Lost obsession had decided to commit a medium sized assault to dominate the low sec entrance to Providence and capture all POCOs generating taxation income for the servants of the empire

An Old Guard FC was recalled from the lands of the dead to Lead the mighty abaddon fleet of the Provibloc. Everyone hopped to his ship once the word was spread and Dyntheos the great couldn't hold the Hellcats from warping into the formup station until hundred and ten Pilots have shadowed the sun rising on that awaited day

"PL Scout in system" Jimmy the Handicap Child shouted... Beware of the evil Dooms... Dyntheos stood up between the crowd and said "No evil shall be feared today, as god is watching our faithful hearts"

The might abaddon fleet started moving to destination, in low sec.. Ships started to re-inforce enemy poco awaiting for their show up. Brave enough, Lost obsession and their Factional War friends started manually flying to the same system, once they jumped, the abaddon fleet directly warped in to 0. High damage lasers were installed and a heavy brawling between our forces and the enemies. Dyntheos started to call primaries... legions started falling one by one and once the Bhaalghorns started to be primaried, Scream was on Radio frequency "CYNO .. CYNO is up" ... Enemy archons where in field to support the Huge dps abaddons were causing, Proviblock switched dps to the triaged archon... and it took them 20 seconds to melt it down, It was jimmy this time in his trimbling voice.. another cyno is up , dreads are on field.....

At that moment, Silence prevailed on comms, Dyntheos un-volunteerly said "Republicov... light the cyno" .... light the cyno? everyone was surprised, as its well known that provibloc are too poor to buy any caps... Dyntheos in low wise voice has asked the women and children of Providence to pray in these hard moments...
Strangely enough, Dreads started to pour out of the cyno, 10 dreads on field Are fighting beside us, sent by Princess Jamyl Sarum of the amarrian empire... Moral was boosted as enemy dreads were being shredded apart.. and subcaps started focusing their fire again on the expensive Factional Battleships the enemy has field... as those Battleships were going down, Dyntheos has ordered the Soldiers to focus on Guardians on field.. after 8 and more guardians fell down, the enemies decided to de-aggro and jump out leaving northing but wrecks and memories of a good fight everyone enjoyed that evening

The ministry of loot has announced that over 9 billion worth of dropped modules the enemy left on field were enough to compensate the 3 empire dreads lost on that fight

December 10th Report

December 10th saw several important engagements across Providence and Lower Domain.

A Hellcat fleet was formed to assault the Tribal NEO moon in Ziriert but ran into problems forming up when the staging system in Providence was camped by a 100 man HBC Sniper Oracle fleet.  After some maneuvering the HBC fleet was lured over to i7s, allowing the fleet to fully form back in d-gtmi.  Using cruiser tackle, the Hellcat fleet than manged to engage the oracles in I7S.  After skirmishing the Oracles pulled out and were pipebombed by an unrelated RnK fleet a few jumps latter.

After the I7S engagement the Hellcat fleet moved on to its primary mission, the Tribal Neo POS in Ziriert.  While the POS was destroyed several of the modules became bugged, retaining their 99% resists that they receive in reinforcement mode even with he tower itself destroyed.  This forced the fleet to sit in Ziriert for over an hour, waiting for CCP GMs to fix the issue so that 4th could erect their own POS.  During this time Fleet Command was handed off to another FC.

Beyond this point the information I personally have is a bit sketchy.  For some reason the Hellcat fleet was titan bridged to 9uy were they engaged a PL Rohk fleet.  Out gunned and outmaneuvered, PL manage to severely cripple the Providence Hellcat fleet who were forced to withdraw.

4th District POS Defended!

Several hours after Downtime this morning Tribal Band made an attempt at a 4th district POS in Ziriert.  While the defense fight was a bit messy at first due to provibloc logistics orbiting in and out of pos shields, disrupting reps and cap chains, reps finally stabilized allowing the Providence Abbaddon fleet to wreck havoc on the Tribal Armageddon fleet assaulting the POS.

Losses Value wise were roughly equal isk wise while kills/deaths was nearly two to one in favor of Providence Holders.

IG Mini-Campaign

At the beginning of November a member of Imperial Dreams had his alt-corps low-sec miner POS attacked by local pirates Impending Judgement and Axiomatic Dominion.  After repairing the POS with a Welpest fleet on stand-bye Providence Holders went to issue punishment, only to find the Impending Judgement cobalt POS already reinforced (It was latter confirmed to have been reinforced by another local KOS group).   Upset at not being able to reinforce the POS, we settled for returning when it came out and made sure it was destroyed (http://eve-kill.net/?a=kill_related&kll_id=15130245).  Impending Judgement quickly replaced their small tower with a large Minmatar Tower.  This was found unacceptable and promptly reinforced by a large hellcat fleet supporting a capital wing.  While the timer was not good, Providence Holder forces were successful in destroying the tower (http://eve-kill.net/?a=kill_related&kll_id=15167460).  The capstone to this mini-revenge campaign in the end was not a result of Imperial Dreams but of our friends who were baiting in Gemodi.  While the bait carrier was lost Friendly forces were successful in destroying a Moros class dreadnought (http://kb.cva-eve.org/?a=kill_detail&kll_id=255408).

Altogether over the past week Impending Judgement and Axiomatic Dominion received 4-5 Billion isk, mostly as the result of a response for the assault on IG's alt corp.

Imperial Dreams would like to thank the Provi Holders and allies who helped in the reinforcement fleets and in the POS kill fleets.

Yong Pos Assault Interupted

Late Friday evening saw the assault of a medium Tus Network pos by Providence Holders interrupted by a force of 12 PL carriers (7 Archons, 1 Chimera, 4 Thanatos) and a neutral drake cyno.  Providence forces were in the process of killing the tower when a neutral drake opened a cyno in the midst of the fleet.

Holders took six losses including 3 BS, 2 Bcs, and a Logistics,  TUS and friends lost several bcs and frigs and PL lost the cyno drake.  Holders decided to pull back after hostile support had mostly been removed due to the likelyhood that it would be impossible to break carrier reps.  POS is presumed to have been repaired by TUS.
